This contemporary and fun style of yoga is a mix between Hatha Yoga and Vinyasa. The practice is excellent for both beginners and more advanced yogis. It will tone, strengthen and stretch the whole body. It's a slower style compared to a Vinyasa class, with fewer transitions and poses, linking breath with movement. The poses are held longer with emphasis on the calm and meditative aspect, while still working on improving strength and flexibility within a healthy mobility range. The blissful relaxation at the end will leave you feeling peaceful and connected. A mindful and nourishing practice for your body, mind and soul.
